The new hours will be Monday-Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm.
Welcome to Cascadia College's Remote Support and Chat Portal. Please provide the Session Key provided to you by IT Services staff if you have one. Otherwise, please fill out the Issue Submission form and someone will be with you as soon as possible. This form will not generate a ticket with the Service Desk but one will be created on your behalf after the chat is complete. If you wish to submit a service desk ticket, please email itservices@cascadia.edu.
